The beginning of something…

Before descenDANCE officially begins, there has to be a first dance.

This is an invitation to be part of that beginning.

I’m gathering a small group of women for a morning of music, movement and connection, chance for me to bring together some of the ideas I’ve been dreaming about, try out my new wireless headsets and experience what happens when we step out of our heads and let our bodies lead.

This isn’t a polished launch event.

It’s the first heartbeat of something new.

There may be moments where I’m figuring things out. Technology may need a little patience. We might change things as we go.

That’s part of the magic of being there at the beginning.

Expect beautiful music through your own headset, space to move in whatever way feels good in your body, moments of stillness and grounding, and absolutely no choreography, no right way to dance and no need to perform.

Come exactly as you are.

All I ask you to bring is an open heart, an open mind and a little patience while I find my feet with something new.
