Step into a deeply calming and restorative experience designed to support your mind, body and energy.

Your session begins with a gentle welcome and a soothing cup of tea, followed by a short consultation where we tune into what you need most on the day. From there, you’ll be guided into a space of rest as Reiki healing and intuitive sound work come together to support your energy.

Reiki is a gentle, energy-based practice using light touch or hands hovering above the body to help clear blockages and encourage natural flow. Alongside this, intuitive sound healing weaves in soothing vibrations using instruments such as Koshi chimes, crystal singing bowls and a 432hz quartz pyramid, creating a deeply immersive and nurturing experience.

Each session is led by intuition and spirit, making your experience entirely unique to you in that moment.

As your journey gently comes to a close, you are invited, if you feel called, to choose an Oracle card. This offers a final message from your spirit team to support your integration and continued unfolding.

New Moon Conscious Connected Breathwork

Other-worldly breathwork space

I have attended two of Sonja's conscious connected breathwork sessions resulting in amazing experiences on both occasions.

Sonja eases everyone in to the session with her calming presence and reassures everyone over what they're likely to encounter throughout the evening and how the night will progress. She clearly has the quality of experience as well as felt security of each individual at heart when planning and carrying out her sessions.

The breathwork is simple to follow once demonstrated and Sonja ensures to be present around each individual as the session ensues. Based on their reactions, individuals of each class seem to mirror my feelings that this is a 'special experience'.

Both experiences resulted in full body vibrations for myself, with visions of colours and clear movement of energy throughout my body.

If you're wondering about whether you should commit to a session, let me tell you there is a reason you're presently here reading this review and considering it - get out of your head and jump at the next opportunity!

I have done acouple of group breathwork
Sonia is an amazing tutor she explains everything and is with you the hole time
It's an amazing experience and each time I've done this class it gets better and more intense with the feelings in the body

It’s always a little daunting trying out a different practitioner when doing something so powerful and transformative as breathwork.
Sonja from Sisters of Luna did her utmost to make sure every single one of us felt safe, heard and got the most out of her session. It felt great to be among like minded souls, sharing in our individual healing journies.
