Private Group Breathwork Session

Gather with your friends for an intimate 90min unique healing journey.  In your small group I will introduce you to the power of the breath, guiding you with music to reconnect to your authentic self. 

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a safe and gentle process that encourages everyone to explore, experience, express and release whats held or trapped in their body. It is deeply healing, energizing and suitable for almost all people.
