You are warmly invited to join me for a nourishing New Moon Conscious Connected Breathwork journey, held in St. Mark's Hall, Rochford. 

Conscious connected breathwork is a powerful, heart-opening practice that uses a continuous, circular breathing pattern to help release stored emotions, calm the nervous system, and reconnect you with your body, intuition, and inner wisdom. The breath becomes a bridge, gently moving you out of the mind and into deeper awareness and presence.

The new moon is a potent time for rest, reflection, and intention-setting. Practising breathwork at this lunar phase allows you to consciously let go of what no longer serves you, plant new seeds, and create space for clarity, renewal, and fresh beginnings. Each session is held in a safe, supportive, and sacred container.

What to bring

Please bring:

• A yoga mat or blanket to lie on

• A warm blanket

• An eye mask (or something to cover your eyes)

Wear comfortable clothing and allow yourself to fully relax.

Important contraindications

Conscious connected breathwork is not suitable for everyone. Please contact me if any of the following apply:

• Pregnancy

• Severe asthma or respiratory conditions

• Epilepsy or a history of seizures

• Heart conditions, high blood pressure, or cardiovascular disease

• Glaucoma or detached retina
  

• Severe mental health conditions (including psychosis or bipolar disorder)
