Join us as we gather beneath the Aries Full Moon, just as the seasons begin to turn and we start to feel the gentle pull towards autumn.

Aries is often seen as fiery, courageous and full of forward-moving energy, but this month we're looking at that fire a little differently. As nature begins to slow, shed and return inward, we're invited to do the same.

Our inner fire doesn't always need to burn brightly. Sometimes it simply needs protecting.

This is a beautiful time to return to yourself, release what has run its course and become more intentional about where you give your energy. To let go of the pressure to constantly move forward and instead honour the things within you that are worth keeping alive through the darker months.

We'll spend the evening sharing in circle, enjoying a guided meditation, gentle ritual and time to simply slow down, reconnect and listen to what you need.

New Moon Conscious Connected Breathwork

Other-worldly breathwork space

I have attended two of Sonja's conscious connected breathwork sessions resulting in amazing experiences on both occasions.

Sonja eases everyone in to the session with her calming presence and reassures everyone over what they're likely to encounter throughout the evening and how the night will progress. She clearly has the quality of experience as well as felt security of each individual at heart when planning and carrying out her sessions.

The breathwork is simple to follow once demonstrated and Sonja ensures to be present around each individual as the session ensues. Based on their reactions, individuals of each class seem to mirror my feelings that this is a 'special experience'.

Both experiences resulted in full body vibrations for myself, with visions of colours and clear movement of energy throughout my body.

If you're wondering about whether you should commit to a session, let me tell you there is a reason you're presently here reading this review and considering it - get out of your head and jump at the next opportunity!

I have done acouple of group breathwork
Sonia is an amazing tutor she explains everything and is with you the hole time
It's an amazing experience and each time I've done this class it gets better and more intense with the feelings in the body

It’s always a little daunting trying out a different practitioner when doing something so powerful and transformative as breathwork.
Sonja from Sisters of Luna did her utmost to make sure every single one of us felt safe, heard and got the most out of her session. It felt great to be among like minded souls, sharing in our individual healing journies.
